1. Orders & Payment

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We currently accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

  • Q: Can individuals place orders?
    A: Yes, individuals can place orders. For sold-out items you would really purchase, please contact us at order@swellyusa.com. If we still have a few inventories, we might be able to offer it to you.

  • Q: Do you offer bulk orders for retailers?
    A: Yes, since we are a basically wholesale company, we are happy to assist your bulk orders with wholesale prices. For sold-out items, please contact us at order@swellyusa.com or wholesale@swellyusa.com. For retailers, we offer wholesale pricing and support orders through Faire.  However, our Faire account covers only the items that we have plenty inventories and can ship to you asap. If you would like to have business with us and need to see more items, please contact us. We will provide you our digital catalog.  

2. Products & Availability

  • Q: What product categories do you offer?
    A: Our lineup includes stationery (masking tape, pens & pencils, notebooks, files, memo pads, sticky notes, erasers), plush toys, tableware, accessories (pins & keychains), iron-on patches, blind boxes, and models (soft and mini figures).

  • Q: What if the item I want is sold out?
    A: If an item is sold out, please contact us at order@swellyusa.com. We may be able to assist both individual customers and retailers.

  • Q: What is the brand story of Swelly?
    A: Founded in Hawaii, Swelly, LLC was inspired by the curiosity of the founder’s science-loving daughter. We provide playful and educational items designed or/and made in Japan that spark joy and help make unforgettable memories.

  • Q: Who are your products designed for?
    A: Our items are designed for those who love STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), nature, dinosaurs, and curiosity-driven learning.


4. Wholesale & Retailers

  • Q: I am a retailer. How can I stock Swelly products?
    A: We offer wholesale through Faire. If you have a Faire account, you can order directly there. However, it doesn't cover all our items that we are handling. If you would like to see products that are supplied upon request, items currently on backorder, or products not listed on our website, please contact us for a catalog at order@swellyusa.com or wholesale@swellyusa.com.


5. Shipping & Policies

  • Q: Which countries do you ship to?
    A: At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping to other countries in the future.
    • Q: How many days does it take to ship, and which carrier do you use?
      A: We make an effort to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, using USPS.
    • Q: Can I return my order?
      A: We unable to accept returns due to customer preference. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the product, please contact us first at order@swellyusa.com . We will review the situation and consider a replacement or refund.
    • Q: What is more details about your shipping and return policy?
      A: More details are available in our [Shipping Policy] and [Refund Policy] pages, which can be found in the footer of our website.

    • Q: Do you offer free shipping?
      A: Due to rising tariffs and costs, we have discontinued our free shipping service. We hope to introduce it in the future, either on a regular basis or as part of special promotions.

    • Q: What kind of blog content do you publish?
