2025 Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that our items are shipped from Hawaii, primarily via USPS.
If you are shopping for Christmas gifts, we kindly recommend placing your order early and referring to the USPS holiday schedule as a general guideline.

Although we do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, please understand that shipping services experience significant delays during the holiday season. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

• At Swelly, LLC, we are currently able to deliver products to customers residing in the United States. 

• We strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving them.

• Since we ship from Hawaii with Aloha, delivery times may vary between 2 to 5 days or more, depending on USPS shipping conditions, the size of the package, and the delivery destination.

• The USPS shipping options are shown at check out. It may vary, depending on the quantity and weight of the items purchased. (If your delivery is not time-sensitive and 70 pound or under, we highly recommend USPS Ground Advantage, as it is an economical option that includes tracking and ensures relatively prompt delivery.)

• We sincerely apologize, but due to recent domestic price increases and additional import duties, we have decided to discontinue our free shipping service for orders over $50. We hope to bring back this service in the near future or offer free shipping occasionally through special promotions. Thank you very much for your understanding and continued support.
