To Retail Customers

  • At Swelly, LLC, we are currently able to deliver products to customers residing in the United States. 

  • We strive to ship orders within 3 business days of receiving them.

  • Delivery times may vary between 2 to 5 days or more, depending on USPS shipping conditions, the size of the package, and the delivery destination.

  • The USPS shipping options are shown at check out. It may vary, depending on the quantity and weight of the items purchased. (If your delivery is not time-sensitive and 70 pound or under, we highly recommend USPS Ground Advantage, as it is an economical option that includes tracking and ensures relatively prompt delivery.)
  • We sincerely apologize, but due to recent domestic price increases and additional import duties, we have decided to discontinue our free shipping service. We hope to bring back this service in the near future or offer free shipping occasionally through special promotions. Thank you very much for your understanding and continued support.

  • Please note that all orders and shipping fees generated at online checkout are provided as an estimated total only. To ensure the best service, we individually review inventory, order quantities, applicable volume discounts, and preferred shipping options for each order. Your payment will only be processed after your order details are confirmed and ready for shipment.
