Psychology of claw machines and blind boxes
I usually don't like to bring my children to arcades, same as most moms. I already know they will endlessly beg me to spend money on games and rides they want to try... but I know how exciting it is and how much it helps to relive stress, even though it's addictive!

At the end of the summer break, I brought them to Dave and Buster’s because I received a good deal coupon. There were so many points on the cards for play, so I also tried to play a claw machine for the first time in a while. The machine allowed me to pick up a prize. I failed a couple of times but won many times. I felt so great as it made my day! (By the way, I could stop playing by myself. I was not addicted!)

Having unknown events with a little bit of anxiety and excitement brings us freshness and a sense of openness after the events are done. We even forget about the stress while we are concentrated and thinking about good lucks.

I think blind boxes also have the same effect. You don’t lose or win like claw machines, but it is so much fun and thrilling to imagine what we can get when opening the boxes. Once we get one, we feel the need to collect the entire series.

We have many kinds of blind boxes in our collection, so we hope they help you release stress with a small dose of happiness:-)
